Azerbaijan ready to establish working group and start negotiations on text with Armenia, says Presidential aide 

Azerbaijan's position on the signing of peace has been consistently and openly expressed by President Ilham Aliyev in all possibilities and opportunities, Hikmet Hajiyev, Assistant of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and Head of Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev told journalists.

According to him, the initiative to hold talks for the creation of a new peace agenda in the region and sign a peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan was introduced by Azerbaijan: "The document consisting of 5 principles was submitted by Azerbaijan too.
