In the coming weeks, Azerbaijan and Mexico will hold the third round of political consultations, which indicates an active dialogue between the countries, Ambassador of Mexico to Azerbaijan Maria Victoria Romero Caballero said at an event dedicated to cooperation between think tanks of the two countries, organized by the Caucasian-Ibero-American Think Tank in Baku, Report informs.
The diplomat reminded that last year the countries celebrated the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations and next year Mexico will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the opening of the embassy in Azerbaijan.
The ambassador noted that her country decided to open a diplomatic mission in Baku because it is interested in greater involvement in the region, from political dialogue to mutual investment.
