Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan agree on transfer of renewable energy across Caspian Sea

Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan have signed a memorandum on the development and transmission of renewable energy along the Caspian Sea, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, wrote on X, Report informs.

"Yet one of the important deliverables of COP 29 at the regional and trans regional level. Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan signed MOU on development and transmission of renewable energy along the Caspian Sea. The project will also be linked with the Black Sea energy cable. New green energy corridor in the making," he wrote.
