Azerbaijan in talks with Turkey over assistance following earthquake

Azerbaijani officials are in talks with their Turkish counterparts over providing assistance and resolving technical issues after a powerful earthquake hit Turkey's Elazığ and Malatya.

Azerbaijan's Cabinet of Ministers told Report that the consultations are conducted both through the Turkish embassy in Azerbaijan and directly.
