Baku is grateful to former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg for his contribution to strengthening cooperation between the Alliance and Azerbaijan, the head of the Azerbaijani mission to NATO Jafar Huseynzada said in a post on X, Report informs.
"Today, NATO bids farewell to Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg. We extend our sincere gratitude for your contribution to the Azerbaijan-NATO partnership and your unwavering support for Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity throughout your distinguished tenure. We warmly recall your recent visit to Baku and the meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in March 2024, which also coincided with the 30th anniversary of the Azerbaijan-NATO partnership. We wish you every success in your future endeavors," Huseynzada wrote.
