A verbal agreement on the commission on delimitation has been reached, said Farid Shafiyev, Chairman of the Center of Analysis of International Relations (AIR Center), as quoted by Report.
"I think that a document on delimitation should be signed," he said.
"I think we will not be able to sign a general document on a peace agreement this year. The majority of the Armenian population voted for Nikol Pashinyan. But one in three is against him. This must be taken into account. Some organizations do not support Pashinyan's policy in Armenia," he said.
