A peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia could be signed before COP, according to blogger Adnan Huseyn, Report informs.
In a post on X, Huseyn noted that barbed wire has been installed along the demarcated areas of the Azerbaijan-Armenia border, "signaling positive progress in the peace process despite attempts by some internal and external factors to create difficulties."
"These developments strengthen the forecasts that peace can be signed before or during COP29," Huseyn said.
