Azerbaijan, Armenia agreed to put additional efforts towards conclusion of agreement on peace in shortest possible period

"On September 26, 2024, under the initiative and with participation of US Secretary of State Antony J. Blinken, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan met in New York, on the sidelines of the 79th session of the UN General Assembly," said the press service of Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Report informs referring to AzerTac.

According to the ministry, the parties agreed to put additional efforts towards the conclusion of the Agreement on Peace and Establishment of Interstate Relations in the shortest possible period.

The Azerbaijani and Armenian sides expressed their gratitude to the Secretary of State for organizing the meeting.
