Azerbaijan and Serbia agree on visa-free regime

Azerbaijan and Serbia have signed an "Agreement on the mutual elimination of visa requirements for persons holding a general civil passport."

Report informs referring to the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan that the document was inked following the meeting of Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Serbia Jeyhun Bayramov and Nikola Selaković.

The parties also inked a memo of understanding on political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of Azerbaijan and Serbia and a memo of understanding on cooperation in the consular sphere.

During the meeting, the parties expressed satisfaction with the current state of strategic partnership between the countries and stressed their interest in developing cooperation in various fields.

The ministers noted the successful development of the activities of the intergovernmental commission on trade and economic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Serbia.
