Austria welcomes the historic agreement reached between Azerbaijan and Armenia in Washington.

"Important step towards peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan achieved in Washington today: We support the initialling of a peace agreement for the benefit of the whole region. Austria stands ready to assist in next steps," the Austrian Foreign Ministry said in a post on X.
