Azerbaijan and Armenia have concrete positions over the opening of communications, Armenian MP from the ruling Civil Contract party Vladimir Vardanyan said, Report informs.

According to him, both sides always had positive position on this issue: “Azerbaijan and Armenia agree on common points. However, there are some details that need to be addressed.”
