Armenia's provocations lead nowhere, Azerbaijani foreign minister warns

Provocations from the Armenian side will bring it nothing positive for the country, Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov said, commenting on the July 20 shelling of Azerbaijani army positions in the Kalbajar direction by Armenian armed forces units, according to Report.

"I consider this unacceptable. In recent months, we have observed a stable situation on the border between the two countries. Work is underway to normalize relations. Since April, we have seen positive results in delimitation efforts. If the Armenian side wants progress on normalization and a peace agreement, it must avoid provocations," Minister Bayramov emphasized.

He further underscored that the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan maintain full superiority along the entire border.
