"We have the right to live on our historical lands, including Zangazur," Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Türkiye Rashad Mammadov told Haber Global, according to Report.
According to him, Azerbaijan offers the Armenian residents of Karabakh to stay and live on: "But we also intend to live on our historical lands, including in Zangazur. The international community and Armenia must ensure this right."
The diplomat also said that Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies have information about all the perpetrators of the crimes committed in Karabakh since 1991: "Three war criminals have already been detained and brought to Baku. We will bring to justice all those responsible for war crimes. There is still a lot of work ahead. All government agencies of Azerbaijan including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs are involved in the work."
