Developing relations with Azerbaijan in all areas is among Oman's priorities, Oman's Ambassador to Azerbaijan residing in Türkiye, Saif Rashid al-Jawari told Report at an official reception held in Ankara on the occasion of Oman's National Day.
The ambassador expressed high appreciation for the political and economic relations between Azerbaijan and Oman:
"During my new diplomatic term, developing relations between Oman and Azerbaijan will be a priority. Particular attention will be paid to the development of political, economic, trade, and technical relations."
The ambassador also highlighted the development of political relations between the two countries:
"The recent appointment of Azerbaijan's new ambassador to Oman is also an indicator of developing political relations."
Saif Rashid al-Jawari also emphasized that Oman participated with a large delegation in COP29 held in Baku, and this event was highly valued in his country.
