The high-level dialogue established between Berlin and Baku is elevating the partnership between the two countries to a qualitatively new level, according to Vagif Sadigov, Azerbaijan's Ambassador to Belgium and Luxembourg, Head of the Mission to the European Union (EU), Report informs.
He made the announcement in a post on X regarding Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev's visit to Germany.
"The visit is clear evidence of a fundamental shift in Europe's – and particularly its economic powerhouse Germany's – view of the South Caucasus in the context of evolving global geopolitical realities," reads the post.
