The holding of COP29 in Azerbaijan in November this year is evidence of the growing international authority of the country, Prime Minister Ali Asadov said during the discussion of the draft state and consolidated budgets, Report informs referring to the Cabinet of Ministers.
The prime minister expressed confidence that the event will be organized at the highest level.
"I am confident that the event will be organized at the highest level, typical of Azerbaijan. Many members of the government are members of the relevant Organizing Committee. All members of the government bear personal responsibility for the implementation of the tasks assigned to the ministries and other structures they head. They must work closely and harmoniously," he noted.
