Alen Simonyan: Azerbaijan and Armenia may sign peace treaty by end of 2022

Azerbaijan and Armenia may sign a peace treaty by the end of the year, Speaker Alen Simonyan told reporters in the Armenian Parliament, Report informs, citing Armenian media.

"I also want a peace treaty to be signed as soon as possible. But there is no document. There are hundreds of proposals and opinions," Simonyan said.

Earlier, Secretary of the Armenian Security Council Armen Grigoryan stated that Armenia and Azerbaijan intend to sign a peace treaty by the end of this year.
