UEFA increases annual fee for development of women's football by 50 percent

Baku. 15 October. REPORT.AZ/ UEFA has taken the decision to approve a 50% increase in funding to back women's football development projects across Europe.

Report informs citing the official website of organization that this figure will now rise to €150,000 annually from 2020 – an increase of 50%.

AFFA will also benefit from the UEFA “HatTrick” project.

Notably, the UEFA Women's Football Development Programme (WFDP) currently provides 55 member associations with €100,000 per year.
