Baku. 20 July. REPORT.AZ/ ""AB Standard" CJSC, the only shareholder of the "Standard Insurance" open stock company has recently made a decision to increase the company's authorized capital by 5 mln. AZN.
Report was informed in the "Standard Insurance".
According to information, the capital growth will be carried out through the emission of shares.
A duplicate of the relevant decision has already been sent to the Financial Market Supervisory Authority.
Notably, "Standard Insurance" was established in 2002. Currently, its authorized capital is 11 mln. AZN.
