Real Madrid, led by Carlo Ancelotti, has not lost any of the 24 consecutive matches of the Spanish Championship, having won 18 games and hold 6 draws, Report informs via Opta Sport.

Just the day before, Real Madrid beat Athletic Bilbao in the 30th round of the Spanish La Liga with a score of 2:0 and repeated the team’s best streak in the last 27 years.

The last time the team led by Italy's Fabio Capello showed such a result was in the 1996/1997 season, when Real Madrid won 16 matches and drew eight games.
