Football player of Armenian squad dismissed from Dutch club

Willem II FC has cancelled a lease contract with player of Armenian national team Aras Özbiliz.

Report informs citing the official website of the club that the 29-year-old midfielder refused to play against Fortuna Sittard FC defeated by Willem II 3:2. As a result, Özbiliz was dismissed from the team. After this incident Özbiliz returned to his team Beşiktaş. The Armenian footballer has scored 1 goal in 14 games within Willem II last summer.

Notably, Aras Özbiliz was previously leased by Spain's Rayo Vallecano and Moldovan Sheriff FC.
