Date for Barcelona's return to Camp Nou revealed

Barcelona have set a date for their return to the Camp Nou and hope to reopen the famous old stadium to fans on December 15th at 60% capacity, Report informs, citing Barcablaugranes.com

Work to renovate the stadium continues to be on track with the Barcelona board hopeful that the team will be able to return home before the turn of the year, according to Mundo Deportivo.

Barcelona did recently issue an update on the current status of the Camp Nou which showed exactly how things are looking right now.

The initial plan had been to open the stadium in time for the club’s 125th anniversary in November but it seems Barca won’t quite meet that deadline.

Barcelona are instead hoping to play a La Liga home game just before Christmas in front of around 63,000 spectators which is about 60% of the total capacity at the ground.
