Barcelona transfers Turkish player

FC Barcelona and SK Rapid Vienna have reached an agreement on the loan of Yusuf Demir for the 2021/22 season, Report informs, citing the club's official website.

Barça is paying 500,000 euros for the operation and holds a non-mandatory option to purchase for 10 million.

Yusuf Demir (2 June 2003) is an 18-year-old Austrian who has been in the Rapid senior team for two seasons, playing 31 games and scoring six goals. He has also debuted for the senior national team.

Demir is a top-quality left-footer who can play all across the attack, mainly on the wing or in the middle. He may be young, but he already experiences playing at the highest level and knows how to score goals.

Yusuf already knows what it's like to wear Blaugrana because those are the colors of the Rapid second strip. He is the second Austrian to play for the club after the great Hans Krankl.
