Head of the academies of the Spanish Barcelona club in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Marc Sabaté Ferre and the technical coordinator of the academies of the club in these regions Bernat Villa Gorriz have arrived in Azerbaijan, Report informs.
The guests visited the ASK Arena, inspected the stadium territory and its surroundings and the athletes' base.
The club representatives also visited the Liv Bona Dea Arena stadium, getting acquainted with its infrastructure, the football base, the fitness room, the locker rooms, etc.
During the visit, the guests were accompanied by representatives of the Association of Football Federations of Azerbaijan (AFFA).
The purpose of the visit of the Barcelona officials is related to the opening of the club's academy in Azerbaijan.
