Bolivia leads the list with 7.01 cards (6.53 yellow and 0.48 red ones). It is followed by Uruguay (6.61 cards, including 6.07 yellow and 0.54 red ones), and Guatemala (6.44, including 6.07 yellow and 0.37 red).
Ukrainian Premier League accounted for 6.19 cards per game, including 5.57 yellow and 0.43 red ones. In Italy's A Series, the figure makes up 5.82 (5.51 yellow and 0.37 ones).
