Azerbaijani national team member Tamkin Khalilzada told journalists after the game he was happy that the team had reached the semi-finals of the Minifootball World Cup, Report informs.
He commented on the team's victory in the decisive match with the UK: "I am very excited. Thank God, we gained a great victory. I express my gratitude to everyone who supported us. We are trying very hard, and I believe that in the end it will bear fruit. To become world champions, we need to win two matches. Inshallah, we will achieve our dream."
Azerbaijan reached the semi-finals, beating the UK team with a score of 2:1.
