Atlético Madrid eye European Champion for squad enhancement

The Spanish club Atlético Madrid plan to bring Aymeric Laporte from the Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr, Report informs via Football Espana.

The 30-year-old Spanish defender is keen on returning to La Liga.

Laporte is willing to play in this league even for a reduced salary.

Meanwhile, Laporte scored 4 goals and provided 1 assist in the 40 games he played for Al-Nassr last season. He also became the champion of EURO 2024 with the Spanish national team.
