Baku. 28 May. REPORT.AZ/ All potential opponents of Qarabag FC in I qualifying round of Champions League has been unveiled.
Report informs, Azerbaijani representative have been placed in seeded pot during the draw on June 19.
Unseeded pot includes following teams:
Shkëndija (Macedonia), Olimpija (Ljubljana, Slovenia), Dudelange (Luxembourg), Spartak (Trnava, Slovakia), Vikingur (Faroe islands), Crusaders (Northern Ireland), Alashkert (Armenia), Sutjeska (Montenegro), Suduva (Lithuania), Cork City (Ireland), "Spartak" (Jurmala, Latvia), Vakur FC (Iceland), Flora (Estonia), Torpedo Kutaisi (Kutaisi, Georgia) and the winner of the initial stage.
At the initial stage a mini-tournament will be held between "Lincoln" (Gibraltar), "Santa-Coloma" (Andorra), "La Florita" (San Marino) and "Drita" (Kosovo) and the winner will reach the qualifying round.
Because UEFA does not permit the Azerbaijani and Armenian teams to face each other, Qarabag can face any team except Alashkert in unseeded pot.
Notably, the first matches of the UEFA Champions League first qualifying round will be held on July 10-11, and return matches on July 17-18.
