Baku. 1 May. REPORT.AZ/ AFFA will help UEFA club competition winners in getting visa.
Report informs, Chairman of the AFFA Clubs Committee Kamran Guliyev said at a briefing today following the meeting.
He noted that in this regard, clubs have appealed to AFFA: “Teams that qualify for the Champions League or Europa League face the challenge of getting visas after their rivals become known. Games take place 1-2 weeks after draw. Therefore, appeal was made to AFFA. Secretary General Elkhan Mammadov was also at the meeting. He agreed that AFFA would support clubs. If there are any problems with getting a visa, the clubs will appeal to AFFA. The association will try to help via embassies it cooperates with”.
UEFA is allocating four places in the European Cup for Azerbaijan.
