World Bank wants to support Azerbaijan in financing smart villages

If the government wishes, the World Bank can support Azerbaijan in funding smart villages, Country Manager for the World Bank in Azerbaijan Stefanie Stallmeister told Report.

“We are already supporting smart villages. Further funding will depend on governments. If governments wish our funding, we will be happy to support it. I think it’s a very good approach to develop non-urban areas. But further funding depends on the governments.
