Baku. 25 February. REPORT.AZ/ The process of US-dollar strengthening in the global foreign exchange market has led the exchange range to exceed 3.60 TRY/USD in Turkey.
Report informs, on February 24 evening, USD/EUR exchange rate fell to 1.0560 in the global market. Decreasing to 3.56 TRY/USD as a result, US-dollar rose to 3.6080 TRY/USD again.
Notably, in 2017, minimum limit of TRY/USD exchange rate made 3.5234, while maximum 3.9423. The Analytical group of Report News Agency forecasts that USD exchange rate will rise to 3.65-3.70 TRY/USD till the US Federal Reserve System (Fed) next meeting on March 14-15, however, decrease to 3.55 TRY/USD later: "US-dollar exchange rate will change around 3.55-3.70 TRY/USD this year. Starting from 2018, US-dollar will begin to strengthen again in Turkey and exceed 4.00 TRY/USD".
