REPORT.AZ/ Management of compulsory collection of tax debts of Department preliminary investigation of tax crimes the Ministry of Taxes Office for enforced collection of tax debts at Department of preliminary investigation of tax crimes of Ministry of Taxes in conjunction with the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Justice held a joint event.
As a result of the decision of Binagadi court Habil Aghayev Agamoglan oglu was arrested in administrative order for a period of 5 days, Rovshan Askerov Museib oglu - 3 days on the facts of non-payment of tax debts to the state budget.Report was told in analytical and information department of the Ministry of Taxes.
According to Article 313-1 of the Code of Administrative Offences, failure to comply with the legal requirements for the executive officer in connection with the execution of the decisions of judicial and other authorities to individuals, depending on the circumstances administrative arrest implemented for up to one month .
The use of such harsh administrative measures, according to the Ministry, is aimed at increasing sense of responsibility of taxpayers and refraining from violations of tax legislation in the future.
The Ministry of Taxes calls upon taxpayers timely and fully fulfill their tax obligations, to prevent the formation of a tax debt.
