Total value of transactions by Government Payment Portal in Azerbaijan up 18%

In the first half of this year, a transaction worth 2.257 billion manats ($1.3 billion) was carried out via the Government Payment Portal (GPP) in Azerbaijan, up +17.8% from a year earlier, Report informs, citing the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.

During the reporting period, the number of operations conducted with GPP was 32,912 million (+8%).

GPP was created for the centralized collection of payments to the state budget and public services.
