Dollar demand rise at currency auctions in Azerbaijan

Today, Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has organized another currency auction with the State Oil Fund of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ), Report states, citing CBA.

Compared to the data of July 21, the need for dollar increased $0.7 million or nearly 1.2% and comprised $60 million. The demand was completely met.

The average weighted exchange rate of manat maintained at 1.7000 AZN/USD.
