SOFAZ increases investments in private equity funds by over 21%

As of January 1 of this year, the State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan (SOFAZ) had invested 3.804525 billion manats ($2.2 billion) in private equity funds, which is 21.3% more compared to January 1 of the previous year.

Report informs, citing the fund, that over the year, the share of investments in private equity funds within the fund’s total assets increased from 3.3% to 3.7%.
