In 2026, revenues from the simplified tax to Azerbaijan's budget will amount to 429 million manats ($252.3 million) or 1.1% of revenues, Report informs referring to the Ministry of Finance.
This figure exceeds the approved forecast for 2025 by 5.9%.
The simplified tax system introduced in Azerbaijan to support small and medium-sized businesses continues to show a steady growth in revenues, which indicates the development of the private sector in the country.
Next year, budget revenues are projected at 38.423 billion manats ($22.601 billion), expenses at 41.548 billion manats ($24.439 billion).
