Baku. 28 July. REPORT.AZ/ Official opening of Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan will be held in mid-August in Baku. Report informs referring to the bank, but near the metro station "Icheri Sheher" already operates the eponymous branch of the bank, the official opening will take place next month. Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan received a license from the decision of the Board of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan dated December 30, 2014.
On April 2, the State Committee for Securities registered 50,000 ordinary non-documentary registered shares, each with par value of 1,000 manat Ziraat Bank Azerbaijan, placed by the closed subscription. As a result, the authorized capital of the bank amounted to 50 million manats.
