New chairman appointed to AzRe Reinsurance’s Board of Directors

Tokay Alizade was appointed as the chairman of the Board of Directors of AzRe Reinsurance, Report informs.

AzRe Reinsurance was established in 2007 and is the only reinsurance company in Azerbaijan. Authorized capital is 50 million manats ($29.4 million).

The company ended 2021 with a net profit of 2.83 million manats ($1.66 million), up 18.3 times from the previous year.
