A memorandum of understanding on the creation of a platform of credit bureaus of the Turkic states has been signed, Report informs.
The signing took place today in Baku within the framework of the Fintex Summit 2025.
The memorandum was signed by the Director General of the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau Elchin Gabibov, the Head of the Credit Bureau of Turkey Orkun Deniz, the Chairman of the Board of ACIPE, the Head of the Kazakhstan First Credit Bureau Ruslan Omarov, the Head of the Uzbek Credit Bureau "Credit Information Analytical Center" Ravshan Abdukarimov, the Director General of the Kyrgyz Credit Bureau "Ishenim" Marlis Duishegulov.
As part of the signed memorandum, the parties intend to implement joint initiatives aimed at strengthening cooperation in the field of credit reporting and exchange of experience.
It is planned to organize seminars, educational and training programs, as well as exchange knowledge and practical developments in accordance with the internal policies and procedures of credit bureaus of both countries. In addition, the parties will create effective communication channels to expand the activities of participating organizations in the territory of the partner party.
The potential for cooperation in other areas related to the development of the financial sector will also be explored.
