Mega Insurance increases authorized capital by nearly 60%

Mega Insurance is going to increase the authorized capital by AZN 8.5 million or 58.6% to AZN 23 million.

Report informs that the relevant decision was made at the shareholder meeting held on June 11. 

According to the decision, the bank will issue shares with with the face value of AZN 5,000, quantity of 1,700.
