A meeting was held at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) with the executives of banks within the wider Presidium of the Azerbaijan Banks Association, CBA Chairman Taleh Kazimov said on X, Report informs.
“During the meeting, we reviewed the banking sector’s results for the third quarter and discussed medium-term goals. Topics of discussion included the current macroeconomic situation, recent economic indicators, their impact on the financial sector, and feedback from the sector representatives, Kazimov said.
Additionally, the meeting addressed COP29-related topics, focusing on the broader challenges facing the financial sector and outlining planned actions.
