Azerbaijan, which lies at the heart of transport corridors of Eurasia, is among the top-10 reformer and was ranked 28th among 190 countries, according to the last Doing Business report by the World Bank.

Favorable business environment proposed privatization plan and opportunities for public-private partnership, as well as the recovery process in Karabakh, will create a new wave of investment in Azerbaijan, which made the first center of the fourth industrial revolution in the region and is a leader in the sustainable development index. The restoration of Azerbaijan's new regional architecture, communications, and economic ties has increased its investment attractiveness.
