Investment company Plato Capital and Co has its license revoked

The Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA) has revoked the license of Plato Capital and Co Investment Company OJSC, Report informs, citing the bank.

According to the information, by the decision of the organization's board, in accordance with Article 70.1.6 of the law "On Securities Market," the investment company's license was revoked for failing to comply with mandatory instructions to eliminate deficiencies in operations.

Thus, the number of investment companies in Azerbaijan has decreased to 12.
