Gold prices stable after rising to all-time high

Gold prices changed little on March 4, hovering near the record highs reached late last week, Report informs referring to Interfax.

April gold futures fell in price on the New York Comex exchange by 0.1%, to $2,093.7 per troy ounce.

On March 1, gold jumped 2% after data showed a contraction in business activity in the US industrial sector for the 16th month in a row and ended trading at its highest level in history - $2,095.7 per ounce.
