Foreigners' spending via card in Azerbaijan surges by nearly 26%

During January-November 2024, foreigners conducted bank card transactions worth around 2.499 million manats (almost $1.47 billion) in Azerbaijan, 25.5% more year-on-year, according to the December issue of Export Review compiled by the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communication (CAERC), Report informs.

In November alone, the value of transactions made by foreign citizens amounted to 259.1 million manats (just over $152.4 million), up 42.5% compared to a year ago.
