The Financial Sector Development Strategy for 2024 was implemented by 81.8%, Vugar Aliyev, an advisor to the governor of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan (CBA), Report informs.
"The remaining 18.2% belonged to delayed areas of activity," Aliyev noted.
"During the mentioned period, the implementation indicator was 79.2% in the banking sector, 86.2% in the insurance sector, 69.4% in the securities sector, 88% in the payment sector, 88.9% in digital finance, 76.9% in sustainable finance, and 100% in professional development and financial literacy," the CBA official added.
