EU freezes Russian businessmen’s assets worth about €10B, say reports

The European Union froze some 10 billion euros worth of assets belonging to Russian businessmen as part of its sanctions over the situation in Ukraine, the DPA news agency said on Wednesday, citing data from the European Commission, Report informs.

The European Commission plans to come up with a bill later on Wednesday that will enable the seizure of frozen Russian assets.
