BSE announces next auction date for AzerGold bonds

On November 30, Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) will hold an auction on placement of the second tranche of interest-bearing, unsecured, uncertificated, registered bonds of AzerGold CJSC in the amount of 10 million US dollars, Report informs.

According to the BSE, it is about 100,000 bonds with a face value of $ 100 each.

Under the decision of the Listing Committee of the stock exchange, these securities are listed in the standard market segment and will be placed by competitive auction. This time, AzerGold will cover the placement fee (0.02%).

The annual yield on bonds that will be in circulation for three years is 4%. Interest will be paid quarterly. The underwriter of the process is PASHA Capital Investment Company CJSC. However, those interested in participating in the auction can apply to all investment companies that are members of the exchange.

The issuer does not intend to repurchase the bonds while they are in circulation. Individuals will not pay interest on coupons until February 1, 2023. Legal entities will have to pay up to 10% tax on their interest.
