Bitcoin rises in price by 3.6% in half hour

The cost of bitcoin in half an hour has risen by $1,000, up to $24,000 per coin, such dynamics is observed after the publication of data on a slowdown in inflation in the US, Report informs referring to the auction data.

On Binance, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in terms of trading volume, bitcoin has risen in price by 3.6% to $24,010. Before the publication of statistics, the cryptocurrency was worth about $23,000.

According to the CoinMarketCap portal, which calculates the average price for more than 20 exchanges, the cost of bitcoin grew by 3.2%, to an average of $24,020.

Earlier it became known that consumer prices in the US in July increased by 8.5% in annual terms after rising by 9.1% a month earlier, and in July they did not change. Analysts had expected inflation to slow to 8.7%.
