Baku Stock Exchange makes a new appointment

Baku. 14 June. REPORT.AZ/ Today, the traditional annual meeting of shareholders of ‘Baku Stock Exchange’ CJSC was held.

Report informs, the meeting elected a new member of the Board. He is Elchin Behbudov, the former Head of the Department of Information Technology and Provision the State Committee for Securities, liquidated in accordance with the Presidential decree.

Thus, the number of members of the Board of the BSE reached three. Chairman of the Board is Fariz Azizov. Another board member is Vugar Novruzov.
